If you are not satisfied with the quality of the flowers you receive, please contact us within 2 hours of receiving your order, and we will work with you to address any concerns.

1.2. Incorrect or Damaged Items: In the event that you receive incorrect or damaged flowers, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery. We will either issue a refund or send a replacement, depending on your preference and our stock availability.

1.3. Non-Delivery: If your order is not delivered on the scheduled delivery date due to our error or unforeseen circumstances, we will either offer a refund or reschedule the delivery at your convenience.

1.4. Recipient Unavailability: If the recipient is not available to receive the flowers at the delivery address and the flowers cannot be left in a safe location, we will attempt to reschedule the delivery, and additional charges may apply. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

• Recipient's refusal of the delivery.
• Incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.
• If the flowers have been delivered on time and in good condition as per your order.

3. Canceling an Order:

You may cancel an order at least 12 hours before the scheduled delivery time to receive a full refund. To cancel an order, please contact our customer support team with your order details.
